Accademia IRSEI APS has joined the training course of the small scale Erasmus+ project Communities Organising Movements from 4th to 8th July in Lampiri, Greece. The project is addressed to youth and has the main objectives of producing a large set of tools for youth workers through digitalisation methods and non-formal education, to strengthen their capacities in order to support and engage young people with fewer opportunities. 

The activity format was based on interactive sessions. The mains topics object of the training have been: 

digital methodologies in youth work: exploring digital tools and new practices in delivering digital youth work; underlining the identified needs training about digitalisation for youth workers addressing young people with fewer opportunities; web developing; 

exploring online communication and dissemination strategies. 

During the training, the participants have learnt how to use digitalisation to better promote and diffuse their strategies, and learn about innovative digital methodologies and tools to keep mobilizing and reaching out the young people with fewer opportunities. 

The project will now develop guidelines, desk research and focus group on the key issues of youth work and the recognition of the role of the youth worker as an active agent in the lives of young people with fewer opportunities.
